BUILD FASTER

A standardized solution that shifts the complexity from the construction site to the factory.

UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEM

A SOLUTION DESIGNED FOR YOUR PROJECT

Each panel is manufactured from cutting plans validated by the design office: geometry, thickness, reinforcement, openings, reservations, inserts and connection arrangements are defined before manufacturing..

  • ✓ Equivalent to a cast wall, without formwork
  • ✓ Components ~50% lighter than solid prefabrication
  • ✓ Finishes ready to paint: textured or architectural finishes according to project requirements
  • ✓ Compatible with seismic zones, continuity through the core

Family
Principle
Specificity
Typical uses
STANDARD PRECAST WALL
Two C40/50 concrete skins connected by stiffeners, integrated formwork of the wall
Schedule gains up to 60% on the walls concerned, depending on configuration
Walls, internal walls, cores, underground structures
INSULATED PRECAST WALL
Insulation incorporated at the core of the system, protected by concrete skins
Thermal resistance R ≥ 3.00 m² K/W depending on composition, facades only
Facades with thermal and acoustic objectives
LIGHT PRECAST WALL
Single precast concrete skin in C40/50 constituting the formwork face on the constrained side
Supplementary reinforcement, bracing and phasing defined by studies
Against Berlin walls or nailed walls, party walls, tight sites, against existing structures

Thicknesses, dimensions (up to 8.80 × 3.80 m) and configurations defined by the study according to project drawings: see product sheets.

How to choose?

Project requirement
Solution to consider
Standard structural walls, partitions, stairwells, tanks and underground structures
Standard Precast Wall
Facades requiring integrated thermal insulation
Insulated Precast Wall
Wall against existing structure, retaining wall, basement or confined site
Light Precast Wall, subject to study
Complex or mixed project
PCS study to combine multiple solutions
Rules of use: Insulated Pre-cast Wall is reserved for facades. Basements, underground car parks, tanks, pits and retaining walls: Standard or Light Pre-cast Wall according to study, without integrated insulation. Methodology point: exact savings in time, cost or energy depend on the project, its prefabrication rate and scheduling. PCS favours case-by-case analysis rather than generic promises.

WHAT PRÉMUR BRINGS

SIX KEY BENEFITS

TIMESCALES

Reduction in successive formwork operations and better predictability of the gros œuvre cycle.

QUALITY

Facings from industrial manufacturing and geometry prepared according to plans.

COORDINATION

Reservations, openings, conduits and inserts anticipated before manufacturing.

SAFETY

Reduction in certain handling and formwork operations, particularly in constrained areas.

DURABILITY

Robust solutions, adapted to buildings with intensive use and controlled maintenance.

ENERGY

On façades, Isolated Prémur integrates insulation protected at the heart of the structural system.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

KEY POINTS TO ANTICIPATE

Is the finished wall equivalent to a cast wall?

After filling and hardening of the core, the two precast skins and the filling concrete constitute the structural wall. Sizing, reinforcement and connections are defined by project studies.

How are connections with foundations and floors arranged?

Connections with foundations, floors and adjacent walls are defined in the manufacturing and installation drawings: reinforcement tails, connecting reinforcement, reservations and inserts are positioned according to the project.

Who validates your elements in Morocco?

Each site is monitored and validated by the project engineer and the approved inspection office, with LPEE tests and laboratory integrated into the factory.

What is the timeframe between order and delivery?

Production starts with the validation of layout drawings; panels are delivered in order of installation, scheduled according to your crane schedule. Our engineering team supports you from the tendering stage.
